 1  Ripe banana  1
 ½ cup  Low- fat plain yogurt  125 mL
 ½ cup  water  125 mL
 ½ cup  milk  125 mL
 3  Ice cubes  3
  • In a blender, on high speed, blend banana, yogurt, water, milk and ice for 45 seconds or until smooth.
