- Pap test every three years starting at age 21
- Pelvic exam every three years
- Blood pressure tested at least once a year
- Check your own skin for changes that may suggest skin cancer once a month; have your doctor check your skin once annually
- Talk to your doctor about contraception, family planning and fertility
- Build healthy habits like good nutrition and regular exercise, and avoid unhealthy habits like smoking
- If you’re not already immunized, talk to your doctor about the cervical cancer vaccine
