- Talk to your doctor about reproductive health: family planning, fertility, contraception, perimenopause and menopause
- Pap test and pelvic exam every three years
- Blood pressure tested at least once a year
- Check your own skin for changes that may suggest skin cancer once a month; have your doctor check your skin once annually
- Blood sugar testing every three years starting at age 40
- Mammogram every two years starting at age 50
- Colon cancer screening starting at age 50
